Yes. Loadup.pk is a fully registered business operating from Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. We are not a random reseller or informal service — we operate professionally with a dedicated support team, official payment accounts, and a clear refund and terms policy.

We are based in Jalalpur Pirwala, District Multan, Punjab, Pakistan and serve customers across all of Pakistan — from Karachi to Peshawar, Lahore to Gilgit.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is instant. Most orders are processed and delivered within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases it may take up to 30 minutes. If your order is not delivered within 30 minutes, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
What information do I need to place an order?
You will need your game ID, username, or account ID for the platform you are topping up. Make sure you enter this correctly — topups are delivered directly to the ID you provide and cannot be reversed once sent to a valid account.
Can I order for someone else’s account?
Yes. Simply enter their game ID or account details when placing the order. The topup will be delivered to that account.
Do I need to create an account on Loadup.pk to order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without registering. However, creating an account lets you track your order history easily.
Which products do you sell?

Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash and Easypaisa only. Both are processed through our official registered business accounts.
Are your payment accounts official?
Yes. All payments are made to our official registered JazzCash and Easypaisa business accounts. Never send payment to any other number or account claiming to be Loadup.pk. Our official payment details are shown at checkout on loadup.pk only.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We do not store your JazzCash or Easypaisa account details, PIN, or password at any point. Payments are completed through the respective apps and we only receive confirmation of successful transfer.
Do you accept bank transfer or cash?
Currently we only accept JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are not available at this time.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or non-existent account ID. You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Successfully delivered orders are non-refundable. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 24–72 hours back to the original JazzCash or Easypaisa account used for payment.
Is there a fee for refunds?
If the refund is due to a customer-side error, a 3% processing fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover non-recoverable payment gateway charges.

What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your topup has not been delivered within 30 minutes of payment, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order details and payment screenshot. Do not place a duplicate order — contact us first.
I was contacted by someone claiming to be Loadup.pk on social media. Is it real?
No. Loadup.pk only operates through our official website (loadup.pk) and our official WhatsApp number (+92 314 4289534). We do not send unsolicited messages on Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform. If someone is claiming to be us elsewhere, it is a scam — do not send them money.
