1. About Loadup.pk
Loadup.pk is a Pakistan-based digital topup and recharge platform operated from Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. We provide digital products including game top-ups, social coins, and digital credits to customers across Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash and Easypaisa.
2. Eligibility
By using Loadup.pk, you confirm that:
— You are at least 13 years of age.
— You are a resident of or located in Pakistan.
— You are providing accurate information when placing your order.
— You are authorized to use the payment method you choose for transactions.
3. Products & Services
Loadup.pk sells digital products only. These include but are not limited to game top-ups (PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Mobile Legends Diamonds), social coins (Bigo Diamonds, Tango Coins, Poppo Coins, Sugo Coins, Xena Coins, Likee Diamonds), and social app credits (TikTok Coins, Telegram Stars & Premium).
All products are delivered digitally to the account ID provided by the customer at the time of order. Loadup.pk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of the game developers or platform owners whose products we resell.
4. Ordering & Account ID Accuracy
When placing an order, you are required to provide your correct game ID, username, or account details. Loadup.pk will process your topup based entirely on the information you provide.
You are solely responsible for providing the correct account ID. Loadup.pk holds no liability for topups delivered to an incorrect account due to customer error. In such cases, our Refund Policy applies — please review it at loadup.pk/refund-policy.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on Loadup.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of any applicable charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier pricing changes.
We currently accept payments via:
— JazzCash (official business account)
— Easypaisa (official business account)
Payments made to any other account claiming to represent Loadup.pk are at your own risk. Always verify our official payment details on our website or via our WhatsApp support before making payment.
6. Delivery
Digital topups are typically delivered within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes depending on the platform and order volume. If your order is not delivered within 30 minutes, contact our support immediately via WhatsApp at +92 314 4289534 or email at CS@loadup.pk.
Loadup.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platform outages, maintenance, or issues beyond our control.
7. Refunds
Our full refund policy is available at loadup.pk/refund-policy. In summary, refunds are only available for undelivered orders where the provided account ID does not exist, and must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Successfully delivered orders are non-refundable. A 3% processing fee applies on refunds approved for customer-side errors.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Loadup.pk for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not:
— Place fraudulent orders or make false payment claims.
— Use our platform to launder money or conduct financial fraud.
— Attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback legitimate transactions.
— Resell our products without prior written permission.
— Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to place orders without authorization.
— Harass, threaten, or abuse our support staff in any manner.
Violation of any of the above may result in permanent ban from our platform and, where applicable, legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Loadup.pk — including but not limited to text, logos, images, and page layout — is the property of Loadup.pk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. Game assets and brand names referenced on our site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
Loadup.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for losses caused by platform downtime, network issues, or events outside our control.
11. Privacy
Your use of Loadup.pk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at loadup.pk/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
12. Changes to Terms
Loadup.pk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Loadup.pk shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
