Refund Policy

At Loadup.pk, we deal exclusively in digital products — game top-ups, social coins, and digital credits. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, our refund policy is specific and clearly defined below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy — Digital Products

All products sold on Loadup.pk are digital in nature and are delivered instantly or within minutes to the account ID provided at the time of ordering. Because digital topups are consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds are not possible once an order has been successfully delivered to the correct account.

We strongly recommend double-checking your game ID, username, or account details before completing your order.


2. When a Refund is Eligible

A refund may be issued in the following situation:

Incorrect or Non-Existent Account ID: If you provided an incorrect account ID and no such account exists on the platform, your topup could not have been delivered. In this case, you are eligible for a refund — but you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Refund requests made after 2 hours of the order time will not be entertained, as we cannot guarantee the status of the topup after that window.


3. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

— The order has been successfully delivered to the account ID you provided.
— You provided an incorrect ID but the topup was delivered to that account.
— You changed your mind after the order was placed and delivered.
— The request is made after 2 hours of the order being placed.
— The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price and delivered successfully.


4. Refund Processing

All payments on Loadup.pk are made through official JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts. In the event a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the same payment method and the same account number that was used to make the original payment. Refunds to a different account or payment method will not be made under any circumstances.

Refunds are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval.


5. Deduction on Customer-Side Errors

If a refund is approved but the issue was caused by a customer error — such as providing a wrong ID, ordering the wrong product, or requesting a refund without a valid reason — a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway transaction costs that are non-recoverable.

Example: If you paid Rs. 1,000 and a 3% deduction applies, you will receive Rs. 970 as refund.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 2 hours of your order via WhatsApp or email with the following information:

— Your full name
— Order ID or order date and time
— The product you ordered
— The account ID you provided
— Reason for refund request
— Screenshot of payment confirmation

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 hours during business hours (10am – 10pm PKT, 7 days a week).
